MBRACE
There are collections that fill a need. And then there is Mbrace from Dedon – a series of furniture that turns the outdoor space into a room you truly want to spend time in.Behind the collection stands Sebastian Herkner, one of Europe's most acclaimed designers, with a clear vision: to create furniture that embraces – both literally and figuratively. The name is no coincidence. Every piece in the collection carries that gesture with it, that feeling of being enveloped in a way that feels considered rather than accidental.Mbrace with teak frame has a warm, natural and Nordic expression that suits a lush garden just as well as a stripped-back city terrace. The teak is solid and of premium quality – a material that ages with dignity and develops a beautiful silvery-grey patina over time. Together with the hand-woven triaxial pattern in Dedon's own fibre, it creates a combination of materials that is hard to resist, both to look at and to sit in.The collection includes armchairs, lounge chairs, wing chairs, footstools and dining tables – all designed with the same handwriting and the same respect for the material. Over 70 combinations of furniture type, fibre and colour make it possible to put together an outdoor environment that feels personal and considered, rather than catalogue-picked.Mbrace is a collection you invest in once – and that rewards that decision year after year.
