Reservations
We reserve the right to correct any printing errors in price and product information or in other communications. We reserve the right to continuously adjust information and prices for all products in our range and to correct any incorrect pricing retrospectively without prior notice.
We reserve the right to make price adjustments, final sales, stock differences, technical problems, changes to technical specifications and any typographical errors on our website or in our advertisements. We also have the right to cancel incorrect orders. Please note that all promotions are valid while stocks last, unless otherwise specified in the description.
Please note that the colour reproduction on our website may be affected by different monitors and screen settings. This means that we cannot guarantee that samples and images on our website accurately reflect the exact appearance and nature of the product. Differences in colour reproduction may occur between the image and the actual product, and for product samples, only the sample can be indicative.
30-day open purchase
Open purchase is offered for 30 days from the date the product is delivered to you. During the open purchase period, Hulténs i Sverige AB will repurchase products at the price you paid for them, excluding shipping costs to the customer.
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs when using open purchase. For returns made via an agent, we charge a fixed fee of Eur 15 per package, regardless of the carrier. For returns made via home delivery with collection by the carrier, we charge a fixed fee of EUR 100 per pallet/package. The return fee is automatically deducted from the refund.
The cost of any other services provided will not be reimbursed by Hulténs i Sverige AB. When returning a product/products to Hulténs i Sverige AB, the products must be packaged in such a way that they are protected during transport. We recommend that you package the products in the same way as they were delivered to you and that you use a traceable shipping method for the return.
Please note that the return must be sent directly to our warehouse and not to a postal agent. Any shipping costs and handling fees for the return shipment are your responsibility as the customer unless you have contacted us in advance to obtain a prepaid return label.
If the packaging is damaged, Hulténs i Sverige AB reserves the right to deduct 20% of the product's value for loss of value.
When returning furniture covers, the product must not be unpacked – if the product is unpacked and the box cannot be resealed, Hulténs i Sverige AB reserves the right to deduct 50% of the product's value upon return.
The following conditions apply to open purchases:
-The product must be unused and in undamaged condition.
-The product must not have been assembled.
-The original packaging must be in undamaged condition.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
We would like to inform you about the exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
When ordering goods marked ‘special order’, the item/product is ordered exclusively for you or is manufactured according to your order, which means that the item cannot be returned as the product is an exception to the right of withdrawal. A special order refers to an item that has been manufactured according to the customer's instructions or items that have clearly been given a personal touch. (i.e. an item that is not purchased in a standard design, but is specially ordered or manufactured specifically for the customer).
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to all products referred to as ‘special orders’.

Returns
The easiest way to report a return is through our returns portal, LINK TO THE PORTAL – CLICK HERE! If you have any further questions about how to make a return, please email us at support@hultens.se, call us on +46 46-25 0252 or write to us by post. You can also fill in the form and post it to us.
Returned goods will be sent back to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days from the date of notification of cancellation.
Hultens i Sverige AB requests confirmation that the return is permitted and that the cancellation period has not expired before the goods are sent back.

When the return form is completed, the total return shipping cost will be displayed. This amount may vary depending on the size of the goods. Goods that cannot be returned by regular post, i.e. bulky goods, may incur a maximum return shipping cost of EUR 100.
Complaints
At Hulténs i Sverige AB, you as a private individual always have a 3-year right of complaint. If the fault is discovered at the end of the complaint period, you as a consumer have an additional 2 months to complain. The right to complain applies to original defects or manufacturing faults and does not apply to faults caused by incorrect use, wear and tear, careless handling or failure to follow care instructions. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the fault has been discovered.
Businesses must report any defects in a product within a reasonable time after the problem has arisen. If you discover a defect in a product you have purchased from us, you should contact us as soon as possible via our complaints portal – LINK TO THE PORTAL – CLICK HERE! or to support@hultens.se if you have further questions about how to make a complaint.
Please note that in the event of an approved complaint, we may need to take the defective product back. We will, of course, cover the shipping costs and provide a shipping label.
As the customer, you are responsible for packaging the item so that it arrives in good condition. You are also responsible for providing packaging material if you have discarded the original packaging.
Transport damage
In the unlikely event that your item has been damaged in transit, please start a transport damage case immediately, but no later than 5 days after receiving your delivery. Please note that the goods must always be checked upon delivery and any visible damage must be reported to the driver immediately. It is important that the carrier notes that the goods were damaged. It is also important that you, as the customer, provide photos of the outer and inner packaging of the item that has been damaged in transit, otherwise we will unfortunately not be able to process your claim.
This also applies to so-called hidden transport damage, which is only discovered once the goods have been unpacked. Therefore, please check the inner packaging and the condition of the goods immediately after delivery.
We reserve the right to reject claims without further investigation if the deadline exceeds 5 working days from receipt.

Uncollected shipment
If you, as a customer, do not collect your order from the agent and the order is returned to us, we will charge a fee of EUR20 per parcel and a return fee based on your order. If your order is a home delivery, we will charge a fee of EUR60 per pallet/parcel for undelivered deliveries and a return fee based on your order.
This fee is necessary to cover the shipping and handling costs incurred. Please note that if you do not accept or collect a shipment, this does not count as notification that you have cancelled your purchase. For more information, see 8. Delivery changes
If the goods are packed by our staff at our warehouse or if the goods have left our warehouse, it is not possible to make changes to your order free of charge. It is therefore very important that you always double-check that the information in your order is correct.
If, for any reason, changes are required after this, the carrier will apply a rebooking fee of EUR 35 This applies, for example, to changes of telephone number.
If the goods are to be delivered to a different address, a rebooking fee of EUR 30 will be added. If you choose to remove ID verification from an ongoing delivery, Hulténs i Sverige AB will not be responsible for the delivery.
Prices and payment
All prices at www.hultens.com are in EUR and include VAT.
Hulténs i Sverige AB uses Klarna and Qliro (Klarna AB, organisation number 556737-0431, Qliro AB (publ), org.nr. 556962-2441) as an intermediary for payment processing. Invoice payment is the default payment option, but you can also choose to pay in instalments with a Klarna/Qliro account, Klarna/Qliro card payment (VISA, Mastercard and American Express) or Klarna/Qliro direct payment via your bank. When you place an order on our website, regardless of the payment method, Klarna's/Qliros applicable terms and conditions will apply to your payment. Delivery options
Products are delivered directly to the address you provided when placing your order in collaboration with our logistics partners. When choosing home delivery, delivery will be made during daytime hours to the property boundary or the first delivery obstacle. ID verification is required, and additional costs apply for delivery to islands. Hulténs i Sverige AB ships orders on weekdays, excluding weekends. For your security, we offer you the option of tracking shipments with certain shipping options. We also offer you the option of picking up your order directly in store.
NOTE! For home delivery to islands or other locations without a permanent road connection, delivery will be made to the transport company's nearest terminal or pier. Hulténs i Sverige AB also reserves the right to charge you, the customer, for additional shipping costs in connection with delivery, such as delivery to islands, metropolitan area surcharges for narrow and difficult-to-access streets, and if you, as the customer, contact the shipping company and request that your order be stored for a certain number of days.
Cancelling an order
You can remove individual products or an entire order provided that the order has not been picked by our warehouse staff or shipped.
If you as a customer have already received a notification that your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel or change the order.
Please note that products marked ‘special order’ are binding and therefore cannot be cancelled.
Delivery
Please note that all delivery times are approximate. This means that delivery may be earlier or later than expected. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, as these are generally beyond our control.
For products manufactured to special order, the delivery time may be adjusted, either shortened or extended.
We reserve the right to waive any claims for compensation from the customer in the event of delivery delays. We always strive to ensure that you, as a customer, receive your goods within the specified time frame, but we cannot avoid possible delays in production from suppliers over which we have no influence.
We reserve the right to longer delivery times for stock items during periods when our warehouse is under heavy load. Examples of this are Easter, Midsummer and holiday periods.
If there is any delay or deviation from the preliminary delivery week for your order, we will do our best to inform you by email or telephone.
Shipping
Shipping costs are charged as specified on your order confirmation at the time of purchase. The total shipping cost for an order is also shown in the checkout on our website hultens.se.

Swedish law applies to our terms and conditions and your use of this website. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved between you as a customer and our customer service, Hultén's decision from the General Complaints Board will be followed.
