Teak contains natural oils that are resistant to moisture and bacteria, and the upward-facing fibres on the end grain sublimely absorb the impact of the knife blades. This ensures first-class durability - both of the board itself and the blades used on it. The board has inbuilt grips at each end and a juice channel that collects liquids and crumbs.
