Drip moulds for aluminium ball grills

Tips & Tricks

Place the roasting rack in the drip pan so that the juices and flavours from the meat drip into it. Just before serving, remove the roasting tray and place it directly on the grid. Strain the gravy from the dripping tin and use it as a base for a tasty sauce.
