Description
Ribs - a true American BBQ classic! Every self-respecting grill master knows how to cook ribs, and it doesn't have to be very difficult at all. With the Weber Original™ rib rack, you have a great tool to get your ribs delicious, tender and perfectly grilled. Place the legs in the rack so that they are grilled all the way round and you can have several on the grid at the same time. You can also use the rack for chicken thighs or other meats that can be raised slightly from the grill grate, so they get a perfect cooking surface on all sides.
Tips & Tricks
Place the rib rack in an aluminium pan so that the meat juices drip into it during cooking. Just before the meat is cooked, remove the rib rack and take out the aluminium pan. Strain the juices into a saucepan and use them to make a tasty sauce, for example.
