What payment methods do you offer?

All orders and transactions on our website go through Klarna, regardless of which payment method you choose at checkout when placing your order.

 

Card payment/Direct payment: When choosing card payment, payment will be taken directly from the card/bank account you provide.

 

Invoice: If you choose invoice, the invoice will be activated when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive an invoice by email or via the Klarna app. If you need to extend the due date, you can do so easily in the Klarna app or via their customer service.

 

Swish: If you choose Swish, you make your payment via the Swish app and the amount is debited immediately.

 

 

Can I shop as a business customer?

Please note that as a business customer, you are not covered by the right of return.

 

 

Is it safe to pay by card?

All card payments are made via Klarna, which is a PCI-certified partner.

 

All information is transferred in encrypted form and is therefore very secure.

 

When paying by card, you will be asked to provide your card number, expiry date and CVC code. For some cards, you will also be asked to provide a 3D Secure code.

 

 

Do I have to pay the invoice when I have made a return?

We recommend that you report the return to Klarna, as your payment will then be paused until the return has been received and processed by us. You can easily pause your payment and report a return in the Klarna app.

 

If you have already paid your invoice, you will be refunded once the return has been completed and processed by us. For more information about refunds, please see the section below.

 

 

How will I be refunded?

In the event of a return, you will be refunded the same amount that you paid for the item, minus any return costs and any price reductions. Any deductions will be automatically deducted from your refund.

 

Hulténs i Sverige AB reserves the right to wait with the refund until we have received the item or until you can prove that the item has been sent back to us.

 

The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. You will be refunded once we have received and registered the return on our web warehouse. Refunds will be made within 3–5 working days, but no later than 14 days.

 

If, upon receiving the item, we find that its value has decreased because you have used it or handled it to an extent that is not necessary to determine its characteristics and functionality, we are entitled to deduct this from the refund amount.

 

If you have used the invoice or instalment payment option through Klarna, it is important that you pay the invoice to avoid any reminder fees.

 

This information regarding refunds also applies to other cases where you as a customer will be refunded in the event of a complaint.
