Change existing order
Can I delete or change my order?
You can delete individual products or an entire order provided that the order has not been picked by our warehouse staff or shipped.
If you have already received a notification that your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to delete or change the order.
Please note that products marked as ‘special order’ are binding and therefore cannot be cancelled.
Please note that if the order has already been shipped, you will need to collect your order and return it to us. Please note that a return fee will apply.
Can I add a product to my order?
If you wish to add or supplement your order (regardless of payment method), please contact our customer service, who will help you with the addition.
Delivery changes
If the goods are packed by our staff at our warehouse or if the goods have left our warehouse, it is not possible to make changes to your order free of charge. It is therefore very important that you always double-check that the information in your order is correct.
If, for any reason, changes are required after this, DHL/Postnord will apply a rebooking fee of EUR30, for example for changing a telephone number.
If the goods are to be delivered to a different address, a rebooking fee of EUR30 will be added. To remove ID verification on an ongoing delivery, a rebooking fee of EUR30 will be added.
