About Ethnicraft
Timeless design and sustainable furniture
Ethnicraft was founded in Antwerp more than 25 years ago by two friends, Benoit Loos and Philippe Delaisse, and quickly found its identity. Today, they continue to broaden their creative palette, developing and expanding a collection that remains true to their character. With quality and warm materials at the heart of their design, together with form and function, they create collections for all rooms and spaces: from the furniture that defines the purpose of an area to the accessories that give it meaning. Your home should be more than just a place to live. It should be filled with objects that have meaning, so that your home feels alive and completely yours. Explore Ethnicraft's products here!

We have a physical store in southern Sweden and deliver our carefully curated range of Scandinavian design across Europe. Our customer service team is always happy to help with questions about our products or your order.
How long is the delivery time at Hulténs?
Hulténs ships orders from our warehouse in Sweden on weekdays. The delivery time shown on the product page is an estimate, especially for products shipped directly from the brand or made to order, such as sofas and armchairs. You will receive an exact delivery update once your order has been placed.
Can I return my purchase at Hulténs?
Yes, at Hulténs you have a total of 30 days to return your purchase from the day you receive it: 14 days' right of withdrawal by law plus an additional 16 days of open purchase. The item must be unused, unassembled and returned in its undamaged original packaging. Return shipping costs EUR 15 per package via a service point and EUR 100 per pallet or package for home collection, and is deducted from your refund. Special-order products made to your specifications cannot be returned.
What should I do if my item is damaged on delivery?
Always check your item on delivery and show any visible damage to the driver straight away. Report the transport damage to Hulténs no later than 5 days after delivery, and include photos of the item as well as the outer and inner packaging. This also applies to damage you only discover after unpacking.
