Classic outdoor furniture from Byarums Bruk

The small Swedish company Byarums Bruk manufactures park and garden furniture, planters, products for urban spaces and more. All in sand moulded castings. The production at Byarum consists of a mixture of classic models and modern design. The oldest model is dated 1780, the latest is brand new. Today, Byarum manufactures products that have been designed for four centuries, and all products are made at the foundry in Byarum.

In the Byarum foundry, we work exclusively according to older, artisanal methods, known as sand moulding. This means that for each part to be cast, a mould is made from natural sand and water without chemical binders. The mould is then filled with molten metal, and the cast piece emerges. In this way, each moulded part is unique.
