Tips & tricks

Always grease the grill grate with a thin layer of cooking oil before placing the food on it. The food comes off more easily, you get nice grill patterns and the grill is easier to clean afterwards. Apply the oil with a piece of kitchen paper held with barbecue tongs. This way you won't burn your fingers.
