Tips & tricks

Make sure you light the number of briquettes you need. In many cases, you only need to fill the chimney lighter halfway with briquettes. The right number will make it easier to regulate the heat - and cheaper in the long run. Weber cookbooks often indicate how many briquettes you should use. Follow the recommendation, even if you think it seems too little.
