Tips & Tricks

Don't use too many briquettes or too much charcoal when grilling. The right amount will make it easier to regulate the heat without the thermometer going crazy - and it will be cheaper too. Weber cookbooks often tell you how much charcoal to use. Follow the recommendation, even if you think it seems too little.
