The Flavorizer® Bars not only provide a delicious barbecue flavour, but also protect the gas burners from dripping fat, so they don't get clogged. A barbecue evening is assured!

Tips & Tricks

Keeping your Flavorizer® Bars clean is easy. Start by turning all the burner tubes up to maximum, put the lid on and let the grill run for 15 minutes. If you have a cast iron grill grate, remove it before you start. Then turn off the burner tubes and let the grill cool down. Remove all Flavorizer® Bars and brush them with a stainless steel or brass grill brush.

But don't do it too often - a couple of times a year is enough. That's because it's the fat and oil - both from the food and from the Flavorizer® Bars - that evaporate and help give food that real barbecue flavour.
