We want shopping at Hulténs to be easy and secure. We therefore offer a number of different shipping options within Sweden, the Nordic region and Europe. When you enter your postcode at checkout, we will show you the options available for your area. For orders where all products are in stock, we normally ship within 2-5 working days with a carrier directly from our warehouse. If your order contains several products, some of which are not in stock, we may split your delivery into several shipments at no extra cost. You will receive this information via the delivery confirmation and tracking link. Your parcels may be delivered to a collection point or to your home at different times, but you should always be able to track them via the courier's website.

Delivery times

The delivery times specified for each shipping company apply from the date we dispatch your order and not from the date you placed your order.

Shipping fees

Smaller parcels sent to a collection point or parcel box are shipped with:

  • DHL (Delivery to DHL collection point (ServicePoint) including notification and ID check. Please note that if the selected agent is full at the time of delivery, the parcel may be delivered to a nearby agent) | EUR 10-35
     

Larger parcels or bulky goods are sent by home delivery:

  • DHL (Delivery usually takes place during the day to the property boundary or the first delivery obstacle. ID requirement and notification at least 1 day in advance included. For delivery to islands, additional costs apply) | EUR 59-99

  • DHL Agent (service point)
    Delivery time: 2-5 working days
    Applies to orders weighing less than 20 kg and measuring less than 200 cm (length, width, height). Select your nearest delivery point, SMS notification when your order is ready for collection.

    Delivery time 2-5 working days
    You will receive a text message with a link to make your delivery choices. Text message notification when the delivery is on its way and contact 15-30 minutes before estimated arrival.

Your delivery step by step

1. Order confirmation

Immediately after your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation with purchase information and current stock status.

2. Updated delivery information

If an item is out of stock at the supplier or if your order is delayed for any reason, we will email you with a new estimated delivery date.

3. Delivery notification

As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery notification via email or text message with a tracking link.

4. Text message notification

You will be notified via text message when your parcel is ready for collection or is on its way to you. An order may arrive in several shipments, but you can always track them.
