Nordic Chef's knife 20cm

The knives of the Nordic kitchen series are developed and designed according to Japanese traditions. The blade is made of Japanese Damascus steel (AUS 10) and consists of 67 layers. In addition, the edge has a Japanese angle of 13-15° on each side. This makes the blade really sharp without compromising the flexibility of the blade. The narrow spine of the blade makes it easy to cut food items, but avoid frozen items and bones. The knife handle is shaped according to the anatomy of the hand. The blade's spacer is designed to rest your thumb on it, which provides better pressure and allows you to handle the knife more precisely. The edge of the blade is also rounded at the top. The knives are durable with a hardness of 60.
