With the Weber Original™ cast iron plate for Q®2000 series grills, you can easily expand your grilling repertoire from meatballs and fried eggs to bacon and scrambled eggs and more. The plate only takes up half the grill surface, which means you can grill and fry at the same time and get the best of both worlds.
Tips & Tricks
Spray the plate with Weber® Non-stick BBQ spray before grilling so that meat, vegetables and potatoes release easily from the plate. Maintain the plate with Weber® grill grate protector, which is sprayed directly on the plate after finishing grilling. The oil is made from natural products and stays on as a protective layer, so the plate is always neat and ready to use.
- Expands your possibilities at the barbecue, as it makes it possible to cook all those dishes that cannot be put on the usual grill grid. This allows the customer to try cooking, for example, meatballs, eggs, pancakes or a whole brunch
