Original gbs cast iron grille spirit 300 series

With the Gourmet BBQ System (GBS®), you can broaden your repertoire at the grill - and cook everyday dishes like omelettes, fried fish, risotto, chilli con carne, soup and many other classics. When you want to use the GBS® inserts, simply remove the centre section to make a hole in the grid. Then you can insert the chicken holder, donut pan, cast iron wok, frying pan, cast iron skillet or any of the other inserts from the GBS® range.

Tips & Tricks

While you have the wok, frying pan or saucepan going on the grill, you can of course make use of the space on the grill grid around it.Use the Weber Original™ Grid Lifter to remove the hot centre section from the GBS® grid.
