Weber's large aluminium pan is designed to complement the Weber Original™ Roasting Grid, large - Q® when you are cooking a steak or chicken and want the same effect as when grilling over indirect heat. The pan and grill grid lift the meat slightly from the grill grid and ensure that the meat is evenly grilled all the way round. In addition, the long pan effectively draws meat juices and grease away from the burner tubes of the gas grill, giving you the best possible grilling results and making cleaning the grill much easier. This allows you to focus on what's most important - your food and enjoying your barbecue.

Tips and tricks:

When cooking a steak, you'll get the best results if you use a cooking thermometer to keep track of the internal temperature of the meat. This way, you can remove the meat from the grill just when it has reached the right temperature - and you'll be one step closer to serving your guests really juicy and delicious meat.
