The delivery time shown on the product page is an estimate, especially for products shipped directly from the brand or made to order, such as sofas and armchairs. You will receive an exact delivery update once your order has been placed.

Yes, at Hulténs you have a total of 30 days to return your purchase from the day you receive it: 14 days' right of withdrawal by law plus an additional 16 days of open purchase. The item must be unused, unassembled and returned in its undamaged original packaging. Return shipping costs EUR 15 per package via a service point and EUR 100 per pallet or package for home collection, and is deducted from your refund. Special-order products made to your specifications cannot be returned.

Always check your item on delivery and show any visible damage to the driver straight away. Report the transport damage to Hulténs no later than 5 days after delivery, and include photos of the item as well as the outer and inner packaging. This also applies to damage you only discover after unpacking.
