The footstool is available with a frame in oak, dark oak or black oak, and can be upholstered in a range of materials – from 100% recycled Horizons fabric and OEKO-TEX®-certified Hope leather to soft Teddy Bear upholstery, modern fabrics from Kvadrat and Swan-labelled Dunes leather from Sørensen Leather.

Umage is a Danish word that means ‘to make an effort’ or ‘to do one's best,’ and that is what Umage strives to do every day. With fantastic Danish design, high-quality materials and a genuine concern for the environment, Umage meets the world with affordable furniture and interior design details.

Umage was founded in 2008 by two Danish gentlemen named Jacob Nannestad and Søren Ravn Christensen.
