GLATZ

Glatz – 100 years of experience in parasols

Shaped by experience and driven by vision – that's what Glatz is all about! As a family-owned company, they put their heart, soul and expertise into designing and manufacturing sunshades and parasols. It is no coincidence that Glatz has a 120-year history and is one of the leading sunshade manufacturers in Europe and worldwide. All Glatz parasols are UPF 50+ rated and comply with Australian standards. UPF stands for ‘Ultraviolet Protection Factor’ and is a programme developed by the Australian government, as UV radiation in Australia can be very dangerous and high. All materials from Glatz AG carry the globally trademarked UPF stamp. The sun protection scale ranges from 15 to 50, with 50 being the best and providing the very best protection against UV radiation. All fabrics offered by Glatz in its parasols are UPF 50+ rated.
