Returns & Complaints

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act. To ensure you feel confident about your purchase from us, we offer you an additional 16 days. This means that you have a total of 30 days to withdraw from your purchase from the date you received the item. We are here for you and happy to help if you need it. On this page, you will find important information about returns and complaints.

 

Cancelling an order

Did you change your mind before we started processing your order? If so, you can contact us and cancel your order via our customer service. If we have already started processing your order in our warehouse, we unfortunately cannot cancel it. In this case, you will receive your order, register a return via our return portal and return your package once it has been delivered.

 

Return costs

Packages sent to an agent have a return cost starting at EUR 12. Goods that cannot be returned by regular post, i.e. bulky goods, have a return cost starting at EUR 99. The return cost will be deducted from the amount you will be credited when we receive the return at our warehouse.

Returns step by step

1. Register your return via our returns portal.

2. Pack the item you wish to return in its original packaging. The item must be unused, in its original box and with any labels still attached. Do not use the product's own packaging as outer packaging.

3. Send - print and attach the label to the parcel that is created when you register your return. Follow the instructions for the respective delivery method. Return the order in the same way you received it.

4. Refund - as soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund you in the same way you paid for your order at the time of purchase. It usually takes 10 working days from the time we receive the return until the refund is completed.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not have a good function for exchanging goods, but we are happy to help you with an exchange as smoothly as possible.

1. Place a new order on our website to exchange for the desired product.

2. Send an email to our customer service at customerservice@hultens.com and state your order number for the item you wish to return, as well as your new order, and we will help you with a return slip.

3. Then use the return slip to send back the product you want to exchange.

4. Once we have received your return, we will refund you in the same way you paid for your order.

 

Complaints

Have you had bad luck with your item? Was it damaged in transit or is it defective? Then we will of course help you find a solution.

1. Document

As soon as you discover damage, it is important that you document it. Take a photo or film the damage. If the packaging also looks defective upon delivery, please document that as well. Make sure the pictures are clear and sharp.

2. Register

3. Wait for feedback

Once we have received your complaint, we will process it and get back to you as soon as we have an answer.
